HEALTH TIPS

 

  • To avoid heartburn, have smaller meals & always have your dinner at least 3 to 4 hours before bedtime.
  • Amla enhances food absorption, improves digestion, helps in lowering cholesterol & eases constipation.
  • Stop nose bleeds by putting a few drops of pomegranate juice into your nostrils.
  • To remove tan, apply mixture of milk, lemon, & honey on the tanned area & rub it off with cotton wool.
  • To get rid of diabetes, eat vegetables that are rich in fiber like lettuce, tomato & fruits.
  • Walk, cycle or jog to work. This will help you stay healthy and fit.
  • Carrots prevent ageing. Eats carrots, they will help in keep the wrinkles away.
  • Weigh Loss Tip- Begin your dinner with healthy green salad, it helps cut appetite.
  • Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up & avoid morning sickness.
  • To get relief from toothache, put a piece of cucumber on the affected tooth.
  • Cut back on salt: Health organization recommend no more than five gram a day.
